Reading and using the calculator
The site does not set application cookies, use advertising pixels or load third-party behavioural analytics. Calculator inputs are processed in your browser. The calculator does not transmit them or save them in browser storage.
Hosting logs
The hosting provider records request details such as IP address, time, requested URL, response status and browser user agent. Those records are used to deliver the site, diagnose faults and protect it. Routine logs are rotated. This page does not state one retention period that covers every copy, including inactive logs, incident records and backups.
Emailing hello@meterandprobe.co.uk supplies your address and the information you choose to include. We use it to respond, assess corrections and keep a record of the enquiry. No fixed deletion period for those messages is stated on this page. Please avoid sending sensitive information.
